My name is Emma Quinn, I would like to welcome you to our center this year. We are excited to have you as part of our school family. Our program at Wesley provides intensive comprehensive child development and family support services to infants and toddlers and their families. We are committed to promoting the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of your infants and toddlers through safe and developmentally enriching experiences tailored to their individual needs and interest. These experiences will prepare your children for continued growth and development and eventual success in school and life.
Our Early Head Start program supports parents in their role as primary caregivers and teachers of their children. We recognize parents as the most important part of their children’s education, and my staff and I look forward to working with you as you become involved in their growth and development. Families are the first and continuing educators of their children and we engage them in all aspects at our center. By taking an active role in your child’s education process, parents can help ensure that their child can develop to their full potential. You are our most important partners for supporting the development and well-being of your children.
The well-being of the family is important to us also, therefore we collaborate with community partners to help families access services for educational advancement, and other support services and resources they may need to guide them toward their goals, improve their outcomes, and keep them actively involved in their child’s growth and development while empowering and strengthening the family. By uniting our school, families, and communities, together we will give each child a great Head Start!
