AVANCE-Houston Global Cardboard Challenge

More than 50 parents and young children attended the 4th annual Global Cardboard Challenge on April 21, 2018.

The event highlighted our children’s imagination and creativity. The former Mangum Computer Lab was transformed into a magical play space with games, activities, and even a dance club, all of which were made of cardboard.

The former GED classroom became an imaginative build zone where children constructed and decorated landscapes, games, robots, and animals with cardboard boxes and open-ended art supplies.

The Global Cardboard Challenge returns to the fall on October 13 as we celebrate creativity in our past, present, and future AVANCE-Houston families.
