Rondalyn Skinner-Davis is the Senior Director II of the Parent-Child Education Program (PCEP), Healthy Relationships, and United Way programs.

Since joining AVANCE-Houston in 1999, she has held various roles in Early Head Start/Head Start programs and has been recognized for her exceptional grant writing and management skills. She played a crucial role in developing and executing AVANCE-Houston’s Healthy Marriage program and served as the driving force behind several program initiatives as Head Start’s Senior Director of ERSEA and Support Services.

In her leadership role, Rondalyn oversees various programs, including out-of-school activities, Financial Coaching, Parent-Child, Healthy Relationships, and Adult Education (GED) Programs.
