Rondalyn Skinner Davis

Rondalyn has over 15 years of Social Service, Programming and Non-Profit experience.  She has an uncompromising commitment to ensuring that families are provided quality educational opportunities and access to community services. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.   Rondalyn joined the AVANCE team in 1996.
