The Parent-Child Education Program (PCEP) serves as a national model of early intervention, designed to affirm that the welfare of children, families, and community is mutually reinforcing.

The program is based on the premise that parents are their children’s first and most important teachers. Through a variety of workshops and creative toy-making sessions, parents learn to help their children excel during their most critical years of learning.

The PCEP is the primary gateway to AVANCE. Upon completion, parents can also transition to other programs, preparing themselves to pursue higher education and/or join the workforce.
