Luz Flores de Rivera

A native of San Juan Puerto Rico, Luz has over 25 years of experience working with National Non Profit Organizations.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, a Human Resources Certificate from Rice University, and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Non Profit Management.  She joined the AVANCE team in 2009.
