AVANCE Colonias-Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
AVANCE celebrated the grand opening of its new center located at 2211 S. Veterans Dr. ste, 7A San Juan TX 78589. The celebration took place August 12 2010. This Early Head Start Home-Based program, operated by AVANCE-Houston, serves pregnant women, infants and toddlers who reside in Las Colonias in two of the most-in-need counties bordering with Mexico.
